摘 要:分别在静态和动态条件下用筛选出的固体催化剂进行芳烃厂工艺冷凝水回收利用的探索研究。静态试验表明,在适宜的操作条件下,废水的COD去除率可达90%,出水COD<20mg/L;动态试验结果表明,在催化剂床层高度50cm,pH值为6.5,温度25℃,流速8BV/h,空气流速300mL/min条件下,此时废水COD去除率达90%,出水水质完全达到锅炉用水水质要求;对催化剂连续8000h及多批次使用实验表明,实验采用的催化剂是一种高效、性能稳定的固体催化剂。The solid catalyst was screened in static and dynamic tests to treat the condensate water in from an arene plant.The static test showed COD removal rate of the condensate water was approximately 90% and the COD of treated condensate water was under 20 mg/L.The results of dynamic test showed that the removal rate of COD in effluent was about 90% on conditions of using a boiler with a height of 50 cm catalytic floor,the pH of the the influent of 6.5,the temperature of 25℃,the flow velocity of 8 BV/h and airflow of 300 mL/min.The effluent quality can meet the requirements of boilers.The result showed that solid catalyst was a high efficient and steady catalyst through continuous treatment of 8 000 h and multibatch processing.
