摘　　要：采用f/2培养基,研究了不同浓度的Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ))对牟氏角毛藻Chaetoceros muelleri生长的影响。结果表明:在特定浓度条件下,3种重金属离子对牟氏角毛藻的生长具有显著影响。当Cu(Ⅱ)浓度为0.1 mg/L、Zn(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)浓度为0.1~1.0 mg/L时,能促进牟氏角毛藻的生长;Zn(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)浓度为10~50 mg/L时,牟氏角毛藻能维持一定的速率生长;Cu(Ⅱ)浓度为1~50 mg/L时,牟氏角毛藻的生长受到显著抑制。The effects of Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) ions on the growth of the diatom Chaetoceros muelleri were studied.The results showed that the different heavy metal ions affected significantly on the growth of the alga.The good growth was found in the alga cultured in the f/2 medium with 0.1 mg/ L Cu(Ⅱ),0.1-1.0 mg/L Zn(Ⅱ)or Pb(Ⅱ),respectively.The alga grew at certain rate in the medium at the Zn(Ⅱ),and Pb(Ⅱ) concentrations of 10-50 mg/L,but was significantly inhibited in the medium with the Cu(Ⅱ) concentration of 1-50 mg/L.
