摘　　要：针对企业集团内部具有不同资源优势的企业的制造资源不能合理高效利用的问题,研究并开发了网络化制造资源共享平台。根据企业制造资源实际情况,建立了制造资源分类模型。提出了基于B/S模式的三层网络化制造资源共享模式。研究了网络化制造资源共享平台的设计要求,在此基础上建立了平台系统的体系结构,并将平台系统功能划分为用户登录模块、资讯中心模块、资源检索模块、留言板模块、动态信息管理模块、基础资料管理模块等六个基本业务模块。基于ASP.NET技术开发了网络化制造资源共享系统原型。该系统实现了企业集团内部制造资源的共享。Aimed at the problem that the preponderant manufacturing resource belonging to different cooperative enterprise member cannot be effectively used inside a enterprise group,a networked manufacturing resources sharing platform was studied and developed.A great quantity of manufacturing resources was classified according to the characteristic of concrete resources and demand of user.Object Oriented technology was adopted to establish manufacturing resource model.XML was made use of to describe manufacturing resource metadata.A three-layer networked manufacturing resource sharing platform was built based on Browser/Server network computing pattern.According to the analysis of the functions of the platform and the reality of manufacturing resource in nowadays enterprise,six functional modules were setup,they are user identity validation module,information center module,searching module,message board module,dynamic information management module and static data management module.A networked manufacturing resource sharing platform prototype applying the technology of ASP.NET was developed.It turns out that the platform can realize manufacturing resource sharing within an enterprise group.
