摘　　要：结合地地战术导弹武器系统的实际,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法,通过对影响信息化条件下武器系统作战效能的不确定性因素进行分析,建立了多层次的作战效能评估指标体系。实例表明,该方法科学合理,评估结果具有很高的可信度,可以为地地战术导弹部队的作战使用及后续系统的研制提供科学的依据。Combined with the actual situation of surface-to-surface tactical missile weapon system,using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,through analyzing some uncertain factors which impact weapon system operational effectiveness,a multi-level evaluation target system was established.The example shows that the method is scientific and reasonable,the result is high credible.Meanwhile,it can provide scientific base for the warfare application and development of the following system.
