摘 要:为了提高汽车滚装码头车位的利用率,并能在有限的堆场车位资源中实现生产作业计划的动态合理安排,针对汽车滚装码头堆场车位动态调度问题,结合实际工程项目,构建了基于智能决策的堆场车位计划的数学模型,提出了基于滚动周期的仿真算法,并在此基础上集成智能决策模块、仿真模块和基于B/S的信息管理系统,开发了汽车滚装码头堆场车位智能决策系统。通过该智能决策系统的信息管理模块,能够将汽车滚装码头的实际生产数据引入该系统,并借助智能决策模块快速生成堆场车位计划,该堆场车位计划可通过可视化仿真模块进行验证。The Ro-Ro terminal slot scheduling problem was presented in order to raise the utilization of limited vehicle slots and automatically make the plan of production operation.With combination of the practical project problem,the mathematics model of vehicle slot planning based on the ideas of intelligent decision-making was constructed,and the simulating algorithm based on the method of roll cycles was built.On this basis,an integrated system,which consists of intelligent decision-making module,simulating module and information module based on B/S,was established.Then the intelligent decision-making system of vehicle slot of automobile Ro-Ro terminal was developed.The actual data of Ro-Ro terminal can be rapidly inputted into database of the integrated system and the production operation plan of Ro-Ro terminal also can be easily outputted through the intelligent decision-making module of the system,and the plan can be effectively verified by means of the visual simulating module.
