摘 要:本文研究了华北白前提取物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,提取物对斜纹夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫均有较好的拒食活性。华北白前提取物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的拒食活性随浓度的增加而增强,较高浓度情况下表现为基本不取食。经24h的拒食活性测定,3龄和5龄的非选择性AFC50分别为0.0246 mg.ml-1和0.0439 mg.ml-1,选择性AFC50分别为0.0097 mg.ml-1和0.0309 mg.ml-1。研究结论为开发利用此类植物性杀虫剂提供了理论依据。The antifeedant activities of extracts of Cynanchum mongolicum against Spodoptera litura fabricius larvae were tested.The results are as follows: the extract rate is 0.164%,the extracts had very strong activities against the 3rd instar and 5rd instar larvae,and the antifeedant activities was increasing with concentration,the larvae stop feeding while the concentration was above 0.5mg·ml-1.The non-selective AFC50 for the 3rd and 5rd instar larvae were 0.0246mg·ml-1 and 0.0439mg·ml-1 respectively after treated for 24 hours,the selective AFC50 were 0.0097mg·ml-1 and 0.0309mg·ml-1 respectively.The conclusion provided basis for the research and development of the plant insecticide.
