摘　　要：通过分析当前通信运营业务不断发展过程中内部网络运行维护管理所面临的问题,提出了一种以业务为驱动的集中式管理的电子运维系统(E-OMS),给出了系统的设计总体架构,强调了工作流技术是企业信息化建设上新台阶的重要保障.Based on the analyses of the problems in the management of the Internal network operation and maintenance of the current communication business,the researchers put forward the idea of the E-OMS under convergent management propelled by business.The overall framework of the system is presented.Further,the researchers emphasize that the work flow technology is an important guarantee for the enhancement of enterprise business built on information.
