摘 要:选择流苏石斛(Dendrobium fimbriatum)这一有重要药用价值的濒危物种进行不同方式的人工授粉实验,检测了其种子的活力和萌发率.结果表明,流苏石斛自交部分不亲和,自交表现出近交衰退.异交(居群内和居群间)的结实率、有活力胚种子的比率及种子的萌发率均显著高于自交的,居群间异交有活力胚种子的比率显著高于居群内异交的.对流苏石斛实施保护,要注意加强居群间的基因交流,居群间人工异交授粉可能是一种比较好的方法.We conducted experimental pollination and seed viability and germination tests with Dendrobium fimbriatum,an endangered medicinal epiphytic orchid species for which propagation and restoration are important conservation needs.The results showed that D.fimbriatum was partially self-incompatible and inbreeding depression.Fruit set,the percentage of viable seeds and seed germination following cross-pollination (both within-population and between populations) were significantly higher than following self-pollination.Outcrossing between populations produced a higher percentage of viable seeds than did within population.Based on the results,we recommend artificially increasing gene flow among isolated populations to conserve D.fimbriatum.Therefore,hand cross-pollination inter-population maybe a good method.
