摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,测定了云黄连道地产区7个不同居群主要有效成分(小檗碱、药根碱、巴马汀)的含量.该方法简便快速、精密度高、稳定性好,可用于云黄连中3个有效成分含量测定,为云黄连质量控制,规范种植、资源合理利用等提供科学依据.Determination of the Coptis teeta's major active compounds (berberine,jatrorrhizine,palmatine )in seven different genuine producing areas by using HPLC. The method which has such advantages:quick,easy,stable and high precision can be used for determination of Coptis teeta's three active compounds,which also provides the scientific basis for the quality control,standard cultivation and resources's rational utilization of Coptis teeta.
