苦胆草片质量标准的研究

摘　　要：完善苦胆草片质量标准,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对苦胆草片中的龙胆苦苷进行含量测定.色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(Hanbon Science,Φ4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(体积比30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL/min.结果显示龙胆苦苷在0.1125～2.5500μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.0018210x-0.00134505(r=0.99978);平均回收率为99.85%,RSD=1.73%.因此该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于苦胆草片的质量控制.To establish the HPLC method for determination gentiopicroside in Kudancao tablets.The composition of mobile phase is methanol-water(V/V=30∶70).Flow rate is 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength is 254 nm.Under the best conditions,linearity range of gentiopicroside is 0.112 5—2.550 0 μg,linear regression equation y=0.000 182 10x-0.001 345 05(r=0.999 78),RSD=1.73%(n=6),and recovery of the gentiopicroside is 99.85%.The method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Kudancao tablets.
