摘　　要：介绍了一种基于H.264的精细可分级编码方式的改进结构,作为H.264扩展质量可分级编码结构,该结构还可以与时域、空域可分级编码方式结合,编码结构简单,易于实现。比较了质量可分级编码结构与双环编码结构。This paper introduce an improved scheme of FGS based on H.264,as the extension of the H.264.this coding structure can combine the timeliness and the airspace grade scheme,and this coding structure is briefness and tend to achieve.The experimental results prove that the performance of scheme presented by this paper is better than that of based on H.264.
