摘　　要：自上世纪初,一些医学工作者即开始心脏移植的研究工作,经过数10a研究与临床实践,胸腔实体器官移植技术已逐渐成熟并得到迅速发展,至今已开展了大量的心脏、肺脏、心肺联合移植,并取得了较好的临床效果.就心脏移植及心肺联合移植的适应证、禁忌证、手术、围手术期治疗、抗排异治疗发展、现状及展望等作一综述.From the beginning of last century,some medical researchers started the transplantations of big organs in the thoracic cavity.From then on,these techniques of transplantations of solid organs in the thoracic cavity have been developed rapidly.Hitherto,many cases have been successfully underwent,and the outcomes are encouraging.Now,we summerise the cardiac transplantation;combined heart and lung transplantation and the indications contraindications,surgery,peroperative period,anti-rejection therapy and also current situation,progress,and the future here.
