摘　　要：创伤大多伴有血液的丢失,对于输血现仍存有争议.从创伤后脑的生理和病理生理改变为基础,对到保持正常的血容量和白蛋白对创伤后减少脑水肿、降低颅内压、改善脑微循环和氧合、促进受损部位的恢复研究进展作一综术.Loss of blood happens after most of trauma,and there are lots of controversies about transfusion.With further study of physiological and pathophysiological changes of head injury,it is very important that it maintains normal blood volume and albumin because it plays a crucial role in reducing brain edema,decreasing intracerebral pressure,improving microcirculation and oxygenation of brain and enhancing recovery of injuried brain tissue.
