摘　　要：早产是导致围生儿发病和死亡的重要原因,因此研究早产病因及早产预测具有重要临床意义.目前对早产的病因研究较多,感染是其主要因素;早产的预测目前国内外也有诸多研究,多项预测指标联合应用对早产预测临床意义较大.就早产的感染因素及有一定临床指导意义的预测指标作一综述.Premature delivery is an leading cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality.So it becomes very important to study the etiology and prediction of premature delivery.At present,there are some studies about etiology and prediction of premature delivery,which indicated that infection is the main factor and it is more important to predict premature delivery by combining some prediction indexes.This article reviewed the lastest progress in research on etiology and prediction index of this disease so as to provide some advices for obstetricians.
