摘　　要：随着供肝短缺问题的日益严重,无心跳供肝越来越受到重视,但因无心跳供肝受到热缺血时间的影响,如何减轻无心跳供肝损伤、供肝保存等问题目前还没有完全得到满意的解决.就无心跳供肝相关文献作一综述.We will pay more attention to no-heart-beating donor liver,which is continuously scarce.However,no-heart-beating liver is always influenced by the warm ischemia time,we can not dissolve the problems such as how to alleviate the non-heart-beating liver and its'preservation ideally at present.Here we make a summary of non-heart-beating liver in this paper.
