摘　　要：托克托电厂在机组运行过程中曾出现过高压调门LVDT反馈异常及主汽门打不开等故障现象,造成负荷摆动,对机组的安全运行构成严重威胁。针对这类故障现象,托克托电厂热工人员经过对DEH系统控制逻辑及就地设备的分析,最终确定了故障因素,并做出相应整改方案排除了隐患,减少了DEH系统的故障发生率。During the operation,the governor valve LVDT was in abnormal condition and main steam valve can not open,and resulted in load fluctuation.This accident threatened the safety of the unit operation.Regarding this type of failure,the I & C engineers of the power plant analyzed the control logics of DEH system and local equipment,and eventually found the cause of the failure and made corresponding improvement measures to rule out the hidden dangers and avoid the failure of DEH system in the future.
