摘  要:将一热电厂锅炉系统划分为锅炉、泵和热交换等功能模块,借助智能计算机辅助设计与热力系统模拟软件cyclepad,将各模块通过系统工质运行的管道的连接搭建了系统的仿真模型,并对每个模块运用热力学方程描述,通过系统运行参数间的耦合关系将热力学方程联合成完整的热力学方程组,从而描述整个系统的热力状况和余热回收的状况,定量计算出各个部分和整个系统回收的热量.对有省煤器,有省煤器和增设了水水换热器,及有省煤器、水水换热器和末端用户余热回收三种情况的热力学完善程度进行了计算和比较.针对实际的热力管网系统,由于工质的热物理性质,系统的工艺布局和由于回收条件限制等原因,用热力完善度指标可以计算出废热回收中,按热力学第一定律计算可以被利用,而实际操作过程中不能转化利用于系统内部的能量.如计算结果所示,能被回收利用到系统内部的能量普遍较低,在加装省煤器后,废热回收指标从没有回收措施上升到16%,以后各级热回收装置热回收的比例约为2%~3%,能回收利用的废不超过总废热量的20%.对应锅炉系统的热效率随热回收量从55%上升到最高65%,该值即为此锅炉系统的热效率极限值.该指标可以用于评价系统的节能特性和环境特性,以及给热回收工作经济性分析提供依据.In this paper,a concept called'system relative thermodynamic perfect degree' is developed to evaluat the power boiler system.To the real pipe-net systems the part of waste heat that the energy level is higher than the benchmark Consists the concept of the thermodynamic perfect degreeindex.Aponer boiler system is divided into several units,including boiler heater,pump,heat exchanger,etc.CYCLEPAD,an intelligent software,is used to baild a simalation model of the system.Heat recovered by each unit and the whole system are caculated.Further,the system waste heat recovery ratio bised on first can of thermodynamic analysis and relative thermoodynamic perfect degree are caculated and Compared.As the results show,the economizer can recover 16% of the waste heat,the next steps of the heat relouny squipment can recovery 2%~3% of the waste heat.And the thermal efficiency of the power boiler increase from 55% to 65%.The 65% is the uplimit of this power boiler system by thermolynomic perfect degree analysis.The nelative thermodynamic besfect degrss can be used as a more acculate standard to evaluate the energy saing potential of existing and Futare systems.And it can be used as a tool for the economic analysis for the heat recovery work.
