摘 要:设计并研制了容积为36L的回收气体余热的热电热泵储水式热水器,并对其制热性能进行实验研究.结果表明:相比直接采用铜板散热,热电热泵热端采用热管散热器散热时,散热效果得到明显改善,热电热泵冷热端温差减小,制热系数增大.热水温度越高,制热系数越小;环境温度越高,制热系数越大.热水温度较低时,电压越大,冷热端温差越大,制热系数越小.在环境温度25℃、热水温度30℃时,电压从16 V升高到28 V,制热系数从1.32下降到1.15.A thermoelectric heat pump storage water heater was developed for heat recovery,whose volume is 36L.The performance of the thermoelectric heat pump storage water heater was investigated under different conditions.The experiment results show that the heat exchange effect can be obviously enhanced,and the temperature difference between the hot and cold sides becomes smaller.Compared with copper plate at the hot heat sink,the coefficient of performance in heat pipe heat exchange on hot side is larger.The results also show that the higher the water temperature,the smaller the performance coefficient;and the higher the ambient temperature,the larger the performance coefficient.The higher the operating voltage,the larger the temperature difference between the hot and cold sides.The performance coefficient becomes small when the water temperature is not too high.Under an ambient temperature of 25 ℃ and the water temperature of 30 ℃,the performance coefficient decreases from 1.32 to 1.15 when the operating voltage increases from 16V to 28 V.
