摘  要:传统空气源多联式空调系统存在如下问题:当室外环境温度降低,系统规模增大时,多联机性能逐渐恶化,效率降低.规模过大还会给多联机系统带来制冷剂充灌量大,回油困难等问题.为解决这些问题,本文提出了水环多联复合式空调系统,分析了该系统的原理及特点.选择一幢高层写字楼为样本建筑,以北京、沈阳、济南等三个城市为例,模拟了该系统的运行及能耗状况,结果表明:该系统能很好的满足北方地区高层建筑的负荷特点,并能安全高效运行.就整个采暖季而言,对应1W的输入功率,可以获得2.85~3.11 W的热量,同时获得1.11~1.62 W冷量,能量利用效果较好.The traditional variable refrigerant flow(VRF) air-conditioning system has the following disadvantages: the performance deteriorates and the efficiency falls when the outdoor temperature decreases and the system size increases.And in order to solve these problems,this paper proposed a water loop variable refrigerant flow air-conditioning system,whose principle and characteristic were stated.Choosing an office building located respectively in Beijing,Shenyang and Jinan as the samples,the performance and energy consumption were calculated.The results suggest that the new system caters high rise building in North China well,and show stable operation and high efficiency,because in the whole heating season the system serves 2.85~3.11W heat energy and 1.11~1.62W cold energy,consuming 1 J electric power.
