摘  要:以复合冷凝技术为基础,利用一种热力学仿真软件-CYCLEPAD,建立了复合冷凝模式制冷循环的热力学模型,模型包括3个子循环,即制冷剂循环、卫生热水循环和冷却水循环.通过设置模型中各部件的工作状态,以及制冷剂和水的初始参数,模拟得出只考虑热损失的情况下的循环结果.结果表明:制冷循环的cop值随压缩机出口温度、冷凝器出口温度、蒸发器出口温度的变化规律,以及压缩机出口温度与冷凝器出口温度、蒸发器出口温度之间的变化关系.并对复合冷凝模式制冷循环的热回收比例进行了分析,得出热回收比例的理论上限为30%左右.Based on the compound condensation technology,this paper established a numerical compound-condensing heat recovery model with the help of the thermodynamic simulation software-CYLEPAD.The model mainly includes three sub-cycles: refrigerant recycling,sanitary hot water circulation and cooling water cycles.By setting the initial conditions of the model,such as the initial temperature of the refrigerant,the chilled water and the sanitary hot water,the simulation results were obtained.The results showed that COP varied with the outlet temperature of the compressor and that of the condenser and evaporator respectively,and the relationship between the outlet temperature of the compressor and the outlet temperature of the condenser or evaporator was obtained.The model also predicts that the theoretical maxim heat recovery proportion is about 30%.
