摘 要:该薄型地暖板主要由耐热聚乙烯管道镶嵌在聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温层里构成,总厚度仅为12毫米.采用现场调查与实测方法分析薄型地暖板房间舒适性及节能性.进水温度35℃时,室内平均温度23.26℃,相对湿度40%~60%,90%的被调查人员对舒适度满意.进水温度45℃时,室内平均温度25℃,相对湿度43%,70%的人员感觉满意,60%感觉空气稍微干燥.薄型地暖供水温度较低(35℃~60℃),耗电量每天为0.78 kWh,比常规地板采暖节能.This thin floor-heating panel was mainly composed of heat-resistant polyethylene tube,which was embedded in insulation layer of polystyrene foam,and the total thickness was only 12mm.By measurement and survey method,the comfort and energy efficiency in thin-panel floor heating room was analyzed.If the water temperature in the inlet tube was 35℃,the indoor average temperature was 23.26 ℃,the relative humidity was 40%~60%,and 90% of the surveyed person were satisfied with the thermal comfort.While the water temperature in the inlet tube was 45 ℃,the indoor average temperature was 25 ℃,the relative humidity was 43%,70% of the person surveyed were satisfied,and 60% felt the air in the room a little dry.The water temperature(35 ℃~60 ℃) of thin-panel floor heating was lower than the conventional floor heating,and the power consumption each day was just 0.78 kw/h,thus it was energy-efficient.
