摘　　要：介绍了数字版权管理(DRM)的定义、3个要素及其基本原理;介绍了DRM的两大关键技术--条件接收(CA)系统中的加密技术和数字水印技术,并分析了两种技术的优缺点;针对这两种技术的缺陷,设计了一种用于保护数字电视业务的基于条件接收和数字水印的DRM系统。First,the paper proposes the definition,three elements and the basic principle of Digital Rights Management;Second,the paper introduces two key techniques of DRM,the encryption technology in Conditional Access System and the digital watermarking technology,and analyzes the Advantages and disadvantages of the two techniques;At last,in view of the flaws of the two techniques,the paper designs a DRM system based on Conditional Access and digital watermarking,which is mainly used for digital TV business.
