摘　　要：提出了一种基于MPEG-2流的图像质量评价方法,该方法直接提取MPEG-2视频码流中的量化因子,通过统计平均算法处理,进而对视频图像质量做出评价。实验结果表明量化因子的平均值随码率的变化与主观评价值具有较高的一致性,可以作为压缩域视频图像质量客观评价的重要依据。In this paper,an image quality evaluation method based on MPEG-2 video streams is proposed.In the method,the quantitative factors from MPEG-2 video streams is directly extracted,doing the treatment with the statistical average algorithm,and thus assessing the quality of video images.The experimental results show that the average quantization factor and subjective assessment value has a higher consistency with the bit-rate changes,so it can serve as the objective assessment to a compressed domain video image quality.
