摘　　要：制定了校院二级管理模式下教学工作量计算与津贴发放办法,信息与控制工程学院实施此办法近两年来,调动了教师从事教学工作的积极性,运行效果良好。The method of calculating the teaching work load and granting the teaching hour subsidy under two grade management system is formulated in this paper.It has been implemented in College of Information and Control Engineering for over two years,and thus teachers'enthusiasm for teaching is fully aroused.Perfect performance of this method has been obtained.
