摘　　要：高校教学督导工作是高校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,高校教学督导工作方式方法的创新,对提高督导工作效率,适应高校教学改革发展的新局面,促进教学质量的提高,起到了重要的作用。The work of teaching supervisor in universities and colleges is an important component of the system of monitoring and controlling teaching quality.The creativity of the working way or method in teaching supervisory plays an important role in improving the efficiency of supervisory work,conforming to a new aspect of teaching reform and development in institutions of higher education and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.
