摘　　要：编辑工作是向社会传播先进的思想文化。科技期刊编辑工作是将最新的科技成果以最快的方式向社会传播,以提高社会生产力。编辑对文稿的选择权,关系到社会的文明和进步,编辑的职业道德直接影响着选择权、影响期刊的质量。Editing is to spread the advanced culture to society.The editing for scientific and technological journal is to spread the new scientific and technological achievements to society in a rapid way in order to improve the social production power.Therefore,the editors'selection right is concerned with social civilization and progress, and the editors'professional moral is direcdy related to their selection right and the quality of the journal.
