摘　　要：白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤病,其发病机制尚不清楚,而细胞间黏附分子-1(Intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)在白癜风患者黑素细胞的破坏中起着重要的作用。研究ICAM-1与白癜风之间的关系,有利于进一步的探讨白癜风的发病机制。Vitiligo is a kind of acquired skin disease charactered as skin pigment loss.The pathomechanism has still not been completely clarified,Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 are thought to play an important role in damaging melanocyte with vitiligo patients.To study the relationship between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and vitiligo is conductive to further explore the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
