掌跖脓疱病伴胸肋关节炎1例

摘　　要：患者,男,32岁,前胸壁疼痛6y月,双手足发疹4y月。查体见双手足红斑和小脓疱,伴前胸壁肿胀压痛及腰骶部压痛。高频超声及CT示第1胸肋关节炎和骶髂关节炎。诊断为掌跖脓疱病伴胸肋关节炎。A 32-year-old male patient had been suffering from anterior chest wall pain for 6 months.His palms and soles rashed for 4 months after the onset of his illness.Physical examination revealed erythema and pustule in his palms and soles with swelling and tenderness in anterior chest wall and tenderness in the lumbosacral area.CT showed that the first sternocostal and sacroiliac joints were inflamed.The diagnosis is palmoplantar pustulosis associated with sternocostal joint arthritis.
