银狐狸被毛真菌菌群携带与皮肤癣菌病患者相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省大庆地区人工养殖银狐狸皮肤被毛携带真菌情况,为临床防治皮肤癣菌病在人与动物之间的传播提供流行病学资料。方法刮取狐狸饲养员病变处皮屑,毛刷法采集动物体表被毛,分别接种于沙堡弱培养基培养2周,对菌落进行形态及显微镜下结构鉴定。结果108只人工养殖银狐狸的皮肤癣菌的带菌率为27.78%(30/108),体表腐生菌以链格孢霉属、曲霉属和念珠菌属为主,另有41株真菌未定类。5名患皮肤癣菌病的银狐狸饲养员检出石膏样小孢子菌1株,须癣毛癣菌2株,犬小孢子菌1株,红色毛癣菌1株。结论黑龙江省大庆地区人工养殖的健康银狐狸被毛携带皮肤癣菌,并可能传染给人类而致皮肤癣菌病。Objective To investigate the dermatophytes carried by artificial breeding silver foxes in their clothing hair in Daqing and illuminate the relationship between the animals and their stock men with dermatophytosis.Providing epidemiological data for the prevention and treatment of dermatophytosis.Methods Dandruff from the skin lesions of the stock men and the clothing hair of the silver foxes were cultured on Sabouraud medium at 25℃ for two weeks respectively.Colonial morphous was observed and the fungus was identified by microscopy.Results The rate of dermatophyte carrier is 27.78%(30/108)in total 108 silver foxes.Alternaria,Aspergillus and Candida were the major saprophytes,and other 41 strains could not be classified.5 strain of the dermatophytes separated from the stock men include 1 strain of M.gypseum,2 strains of T.mentagrophytes,1 strain of M.canis,and 1 strain of T.rubrum.Conclusion Dermatophytes are carried by some artificial breeding healthy silver foxes in their Clothing hair in Daqing,which can be transmitted to human and result in dermatophytosis.
