植皮修复先天性巨大色素痣合并白癜风继发鳞癌1例

摘　　要：45岁男性患者,右手背褐色斑片45年,新生肿物1年,反复溃疡1月。前额、右手背和手指出现色素脱失斑20年。自小学起智力发育迟缓,成年后轻度跛行,X线示盆腔左侧闭孔略变小。右手背部肿物病理示鳞状细胞癌。治疗为右手背皮损切除并中厚植皮术(腹部供皮),随访半年,效果满意。The patient discussed here is an 45-yesr-old man,with brown spots on the back of his right hand for 45 years and neogenetic tumor with recurrent ulcers for 1 month.Meanwhile there are depigmented spots on his forehead,the back of his right hand and fingers for 20 years.Mental retardation was recognized in his age of primary school,and slight claudication in his adulthood.X-ray showed the left obturator foramen was slightly smaller than that of normal one.The tumor on the back of his right hand was identified to be squamous cell carcinoma by pathological examination.The lesions on the patient's right hand was excised,then the wound was repaired by free skin graft. Followed up for 6 mouths,the curative effect is satisfactory.
