基于因子分析的领导干部成长影响因素研究

摘　　要：领导干部的成长受很多因素的影响,这些因素之间内在、本质、必然的联系及其发展变化的轨迹,就是领导干部成长的规律。在文献研究、深度访谈、焦点小组和问卷调查分析的基础上,通过因子分析可知影响领导干部成长的因素包含有五个公因子:环境因子、能力因子、素质因子、组培因子和实践因子。As a matter of fact,the growth of leading cadres is affected by several factors.Among these influencing factors,the inner,essential and necessary connections as well as variations are prominent.In the study,several research methods such as literature review,depth interview,focus group and survey analysis were used,drawing the conclusion that the influence factors of leading cadres include environment,capability,character,organization training and practice.
