森林公园建设必须贯彻落实科学发展观

摘　　要：我国自1982年建立第一个森林公园至今,已经初步构建起对森林风景资源进行有效保护和合理利用的森林公园建设管理体系,在现代林业"三大体系"建设中发挥着重要作用。森林公园建设的成就和经验表明,森林公园建设完全符合科学发展观的要求。但也还存在一些问题。确保森林公园建设又好又快发展,必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,切实遵循统筹兼顾的原则。Since the first forest park in China was set up in 1982,the management mechanism of forest parks has been established to provide effective protection and rational utilization of forest landscape resources,which plays a major role in the forest industrial system,forest ecological system and eco-civilization system.The experiences and achievements of forest park demonstrate that this kind of development corresponds to the scientific development views. However,it is apparent that the construction needs to be perfected.Therefore,the scientific development views should be implemented in further,especially overall planning and all-round consideration.
