生态文明观念的职业解读——对我国林业干部职工生态文明观念的调查分析

摘　　要：林业是生态文明建设的主体,广大林业干部职工是生态文明建设的主力军。林业干部职工的生态文明观念如何,直接关系生态文明建设的成败。通过调查分析,我们发现大多数林业干部职工掌握了一定的生态知识,具备了基本的生态文明素养。但也存在一些问题,比如对一些生态问题认识模糊,缺乏理论和系统教育。为此,应从生态知识教育、制度机制建设、舆论宣传和典型示范等方面加强工作。Forestry is the main body in the construction of eco-civilization,and the forestry staff is the main force. The eco-civilization conception of the forestry staff has a direct effect on the success of eco-civilization construction. Through the investigation,we find that most forestry staff have acquired a certain ecological knowledge and possessed the fundamental accomplishment of eco-civilization.However,there are still a few problems,such as vague understanding on the ecological knowledge,lack of theory and systematic education.Hence,the work should be enhanced from the aspects of ecological knowledge education,system construction,media and publicity and typical demonstration.
