摘　　要：当归多糖为当归主要水溶性成分,具有明显的补血活血、免疫促进、抗肿瘤、抗辐射损伤等广泛的药理活性,因而成为当归药效成分研究的热点。通过对近年来相关文献的分析、总结,从当归多糖类化学成分和药理作用等方面,对当归多糖的研究进展进行综述,为其进一步开发利用提供参考。Angelica polysaccharide, as the main water-soluble component from the root of Angelica sinensis, has the comprehensive pharmacological activities of enriching blood and promoting blood circulation, immunoenhancement, antitumor, and antiradiation, etc. The research progresses on the compositions of angelica polysaccharide and their pharmacological action are reviewed by analyzing and summarizing the related literatures, which provided the reference for the development and utilization of angelica polysaccharide.
