摘　　要：目的总结肺隔离症的诊断及外科治疗体会。方法对4例肺隔离症的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果均行手术切除,无术后严重并发症。结论肺隔离症发病率低,临床表现缺乏特异性,易误诊或漏诊,治疗以手术治疗为主。Objective To summary pulmonary sequestration diagnosis and surgical treatment.Methods The clinical data of the four cases of pulmonary sequestration were analyzed retrospectively.Results All underwent surgical resection,there were no death or serious postoperative complications happened.Conclusion The incidence of pulmonary sequestration is low,clinical manifestations are not specific,with freguent misdiagnosis and omission,the main method is surgical treatment.
