摘 要:目的验证乡镇卫生院院长胜任力模型的有效性,同时编制乡镇卫生院院长胜任力测量问卷。方法借助研究编制的行为问卷,采用"构念效度"法验证胜任力模型。结果问卷共101个项目,10个测谎项目,68个正向、33个负向记分项目;探索性因子分析提取了9个因子,所包含的内容与模型中的胜任特征吻合;问卷总体a值为0.921,分问卷与总分相关系数(0.534~0.848)明显高于各个分问卷间的相关系数(0.165~0.586);t检验结果显示不同绩效组得分差异具有统计学意义。结论胜任力模型能够甄选优秀院长,模型有效。Objective To confirm the validity of competency model of head in township hospital,and establish competency measurement tool.Methods Behavior questionnaire and 'Construct Validity' were and to evaluate the competency of head in township hospital.Results Behavior questionnaire has 101 items,which contains 10 polygraph test items,68 positive,and 33 negative scoring items,9 factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis,their contents are consistent with the competency items in the earlier established competency model of Head in Township Hospital,The correlation coefficient between sub-questionnaires and the entire questionnaire was(0.534~0.848),which was significantly higher than the correlation coefficient between each sub-questionnaire(0.165~0.586),T-test on the excellent and general performance of the sample showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The competency model can choose Head in Township Hospital with excellent performance,the model is valid.
