尖锐湿疣组织中VEGF、Flt-1水平检测及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和fms样酪氨酸激酶(Flt-1)在尖锐湿疣(CA)发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例CA组织(观察组)和20例正常上皮组织(对照组)中VEGF和Flt-1表达情况,并分析两者的相关性。结果观察组与对照组VEGF阳性表达率分别为100.00%(40/40)、100.00%(20/20),Flt-1阳性表达率分别为100.00%(40/40)、100.00%(20/20),两两比较P均>0.05。其中观察组VEGF表达(+)4例,(++)16例,(+++)20例,强阳性表达率为50%;对照组分别为6、12、2例和10%,两组强阳性表达率比较P<0.05。观察组Flt-1表达(+)0例,(++)9例,(+++)31例,强阳性表达率为60.9%;对照组分别为3、12、5例和25%,两组强阳性表达率比较P<0.05。结论VEGF和Flt-1参与了CA的发病过程,并可能在促进CA血管生成及发生、发展中发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the role of VEGF and Flt-1 in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to measure the expression of VEGF and Flt-1 in 40 cases of CA(observed group) and 20 normal skin controls(control group),and the correlation between the twoindexes were analyzed. Results The positive rates of VEGF and Flt-1 in the observed group and control group were both 100.00%. No significant difference was found in the positive rates of VEGF and Flt-1 between the two groups (P>0.05). In observed group the expression of VEGF were (+)4 cases,(++)16 cases,(+++)20 cases,and strong positive expression rate was 50%.The control group were 6,12,2 cases and 10%.Strong positive expression rate of VEGF in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05). In observed group the expression of Flt-1 were (+)0 cases,(++)9 cases,(+++)31 cases,and strong positive expression rate was 60.9%.The control group were 3,12,5 cases and 25%. Strong positive expression rate of Flt-1 was significantly different in the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion VEGF and Flt-1 take part in the formation mechanism of CA,and play an important role in promoting the angiogenesis and development of CA.
