摘　　要：目的:观察维生素AD滴剂联合咪康唑霜治疗新生儿尿布皮炎效果。方法:80例尿布皮炎患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例,在常规处理基础上,对照组采用局部外涂炉甘石洗剂,治疗组采用局部外涂维生素AD滴剂与咪康唑霜混合剂,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率(82.5%)显著优于对照组(45%)(P<O.01)。结论:采用维生素AD滴剂联合咪康唑霜治疗新生儿尿布皮炎效果较好,且安全方便,可在临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of VitAD combined with Miconazole Nitrate in treating neonate diaper dermatitis.Methods 80 neonates with diaper dermatisis were divided randomly into 2 groups,i.e. Treated group and control group,The former group were treated with VitAD and Miconazole Nitrate,and control group were treated with conventional calamina respectively.Results The VitAD combined with Miconazole Nitrate could reduce pain and infection greatly,the cure rate and improvement rate are more obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of VitAD combined with Miconazole Nitrate on treating neonatal diaper dermatitis in convalescence stage of NICU has apparent effect with no side effects,and it is convenient,economic and worthy of popularization.
