多年冻土地区公路修筑技术在青藏公路改建完善工程中推广应用

摘　　要：为进一步加强研究成果的推广应用规模与范围,使科技成果转化为生产力,推动公路新技术在工程中的发展,将西部交通建设科技项目——"多年冻土地区公路修筑成套技术研究"的成果应用于青藏公路格尔木至拉萨段改建完善工程中,跟踪试验工程施工并对其进行长期观测及研究,不断积累观测资料,不断总结经验,不断地完善和更新寒区道路工程的科研水平和设计理论,为寒区道路后续的养护改建与新建高等级公路积累工程经验。The project'Comprehensive Technologies for Highway Building in permafrost area',one of the projects belonging to West Transport Construction Program of Ministry of Communications,was checked and accepted on February 13 2007.It was appraised that this project reached international advanced level.And the application of the project's new technologies in the project makes scientific and technical researches transform to productivity and impel the development of those new highway technologies in engineering.The highway engineering construction in frozen earth area must consider the impacts of permafrost degradation which is caused by climatic warming,therefore,needs us unceasingly to sum up experience,unceasingly consummates and renews our design theory,enhances the theoretical level and the construction experience accumulates.
