湖南省城市群发展的土地潜力分析及城市林业建设

摘　　要：以湖南省3个城市群为对象,利用GIS平台工具和2004年的1∶10000土地利用现状图,分析了其发展的土地潜力。结果表明,在区域尺度上,洞庭湖环湖城市带与湘南城市群的潜力指数最高,分别为9.45和9.34,而长株潭城市群地区仅7.3;而在城市群内部,核心区的潜力指数均高于非核心区的潜力指数,其中以长株潭城市群的核心区最高达到了12.84。在城市化不断发展的过程中,城市林业发展滞后最为严重。突出表现为生态用地数量不足、生态空间配置失衡,城市之间、城市不同功能区域间缺乏隔离林建设;城乡之间生态与产业缺乏良性互动,加大了城乡分离程度。最后针对上述问题,给出了城市群城市林业发展的一些对策建议。In recent years,the urbanization of Hunan Province has developed rapidly.Now there are three city groups in Hunan,such as Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city groups,Dongtinghu City belt and Xiang-southern city groups.In the city region,the land resource is very sparse and now is becoming a key limit factor in urbanization process.In this paper,a land potential index was designed according to the theory of differentiated land-use model,and the index was calculated on the land-use map of 2004 which scale is 1:10000 by the means of ARCGIS 9.2.In the analysing process,we considered three rulers which were basic agriculture land immovability,water body and ecological land preserved.The results showed that the land developing potential was high in Dongtinghu City belt and Xiang-southern city groups,in which the value reached 9.45 and 9.34,but within the city groups,that of the core area of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city groups was the highest(the value is 12.84).In the developing process of city group,the development of the urban forestry much lagged.The main problems included the lack of ecological land,unbalance of ecological space arrangement and isolation forest absence among different function area in the cities.The ecology and industry were not good operation between city and countryside.Finally,five countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
