摘　　要：在比较国内外质量绩效评价技术的研究情况,分析我国航空工业企业质量绩效评价所面临的问题基础上,提出质量绩效的概念,构建了三维企业质量绩效综合评价的理论框架,讨论了企业质量绩效指数化测评模型、方法和指标体系,总结了质量绩效评价技术应用方案在中国航空工业24家代表性企业的实证研究情况。Based on the analysis of international & internal researches on quality performance assessment technology and challenges to quality performance assessment in aero industry,this article provides you with the definition of quality performance.A theoretical frame consisted of three dimensions on quality performance assessment in aero industry is established in this article.Models,methods and indices about quality performance assessment are discussed,and demonstration result of the application of quality assessment technology in 24 representative corporations in aero industry of china is summarized in this article.
