摘　　要：运动疗法对糖尿病的重要性及有效性已经得到了公认,但由于糖尿病病情复杂,患者个体差异大,目前运动疗法又没有统一的标准,没有系统化的运动处方供临床医生做精细化指导,运动疗法还存在运动量难以监控及量化等问题,这些都使运动治疗糖尿病的作用受到限制。由广西糖尿病量化运动处方研究组设计开发的糖尿病量化运动处方(已拍摄成光盘,发行号:Isrc cn-s11-07-0006-0/v.r),从运动处方的设计特点、设计规律、内容结构的设计等方面都考虑到了糖尿病的特点、患者的个体差异,并以光盘的形式表达了五个等级15个运动处方,在很大程度上解决了上述问题,具有临床实用价值和创新性。It has been universally recognized that exercise therapy is of great importance and effectiveness in the treatment of diabetes.At present,because of the complexity of diabetes and the differences between individual patients,there is no criterion for exercise therapy,no systematic exercise prescriptions that doctors can use as their clinical directions;and problems such as monitoring and quantifying the amount of exercises are still headaches of exercise therapy.All these restrict the effectiveness of exercise therapy on diabetes to certain limits.The researchers of Guangxi Diabetes Quantitative Exercise Prescription Study Group designed and developed a set of diabetes quantitative exercise prescriptions which has been published in the form of CD-ROM,issuing No.Isrc cn-s11-07-0006-0/v.r.Taking into account of the characteristics of diabetes and the differences between individual patients,researchers have designed this set of diabetes exercise prescriptions,including five Grades,15 items,and very considerately made these prescriptions into a CD-ROM.This set of exercise prescriptions has creatively provided a solution to such problems as of no criterion,and no systematic prescriptions for exercise therapy in treating diabetes.And it is of practical and clinical value.
