摘　　要：自从1986年在高校试点创办高水平运动队以来,高水平运动队水平不高是普遍存在的问题,这个问题的出现有经费不足、生源质量不高、场地设施紧张等多方面的原因,通过对10所高水平运动队学校的调查并且从训练科学化的角度进行分析,希望能使高水平运动队得到健康、持续的发展。Since the universities tried to organize high level sports teams in 1986,the problem has occurred that the level of the high level sports teams was not as high they were expected.The factors for the lower level are that the funds were insufficient,the students' quality was not high and the sports facilities were fewer.Based on the survey on 10 universities,this article makes a scientific analyisis on the above probelms and expects that the high level sports teams can develop correctly and sustainingly.
