摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省妇女妊娠前期及妊娠早期风疹感染现况,为“甘肃省出生缺陷干预工程”项目的实施提供基线资料。方法根据甘肃地理特点及经济状况,按分层整群抽样方法,抽取了4个县中妊娠前期妇女518例及妊娠3个月内孕妇373例。每人采静脉血5ml,统一由甘肃计生委科研所进行IgM和IgG抗体检测。结果妊娠前期妇女风疹IgM和IgG抗体阳性率分别为5.02%和83.78%,妊娠3个月内孕妇风疹IgM和IgG抗体阳性率分别为2.41%和86.33%。妊娠前期IgM和IgG抗体双项阳性率为2.14%;妊娠早期IgM和IgG双项阳性率为5.02%.妊娠前期妇女风疹感染率为88.80%,妊娠3个月内孕妇风疹感染率为88.74%。结论甘肃省妇女妊娠前期及妊娠早期的风疹感染较为普遍。OBJECTIVE To see the prevalence rates of IgM and IgG of rubella infection in both no pregnancy and pregnancy woment during the first trimester in Gansu,and to supply a base line of birth defects for the intervention project on birth defects in Gansu,China.METHODS 518 of no pregnancy women and 373 of pregnancy women in the first trimester,from forty two communities of four counties selected random by stratification cluster sampling on the state of economic and geographical features in the Province,were investigated from June 1 to Decenber 1 of 2001.Investigators collected 5ml blood samples from every no pregnancy and from pregnancy in the first trimester.Both IgM and IgG of rubella were examined by ELISA.RESULTS The positive rates of both IgM and IgG of rubella infection of no pregnancy were respectively 5.02%and 83.78%;the positive rates of both IgM and IgG of Rubella infection of pregnancy in the first trimester were respectively 2.41%and 86.33%.The double positive rate of both IgM and IgG of no pregnancy was 2.14%;the double positive rate of both IgM and IgG of pregnancy in the first trimester was 5.02%.The rate of Rubella infection of no pregnancy was 88.80%;the rate of rubella infection of pregnancy in the first trimester was 88.74%.CONCLUSION The rates of Rubella infection of both no pregnancy and pregnancy in the first trimester in Gansu was one of highest incidence rates in P.R.China.
