摘　　要：淮南电网长期以来一直存在着用电与送电功能交叉、电磁环网复杂、电源接入系统不清晰以及潮流穿越等问题。文中针对淮南电源集中投产后淮南及其周边电网的安全稳定性进行深入研究;同时分析淮南电网存在的问题及解决这些问题的主要思路,对"十二·五"期间淮南220kV电网进行了规划设计,并对其远景适应性予以分析。The crossover of power supply and power dilivery,the comlexity of electromaganetic loop network,the unclear connection of electrical source to power system and the power flow transference constitute the long-term existent problems of Huainan grid.The paper contributed to the security and stability of Huainan and its circumjacent power grid under the background of the mass electircal source putting into production.Simultaneously,with analysing the existent problems of Huainan grid and thereby proposing the main ideas to these problems,the power plan of Huainan grid during'the 12th five-year plan'was suggested,and the adapability of the scheme for future power grid was also researched.
