关停小火电机组对安徽电网的影响分析

摘　　要：加快关停小火电机组对实现"十一·五"时期降低能源消耗和减少主要污染物排放的目标至关重要。根据安徽省关停小火电机组方案,2007年将关停机组容量1160MW,此时省内电力平衡将出现阶段性短缺,对安徽电网的安全稳定运行产生极大影响,需要结合实际情况进行研究分析。特别是关停机组均属运行年限较长的老机组,部分电厂还存在110kV供电线路,改造后是否会出现局部受电等问题值得进行研究。It is crucial object that to reduce energy consumption and emissions of major pollutants by accelerating shut-down small thermal power unit in the '11th Five-Year Plan' period. According to Anhui program of shut-down small units in 2007, unit capacity will be closed down 1 160 MW, the power balance at the province will be appear temporary shortage. Safety and stability operation of power grids in Anhui will bring great impact. It requires a combination of research and analysis under actual situation. Especially, the units shut-down are being longer period running old units, and there still hold some of 110 kV lines which need to alternate. It should be investigate whether infection to loss of electricity.
