摘  要:本文根据和谐管理理论的思想,拓展并利用知识整体理论,从系统整合的角度深化了关于涌现知识(emergencing knowledge)的研究,分析了组织在复杂快变环境下所面临的管理挑战的知识根源,考察了感性知识(perceptual knowledge)、理性知识(conceptual knowledge)、活性知识(affectual knowledge)和涌现知识之间的相互关系与互动过程,从而阐明了和谐管理理论内在的知识逻辑,从知识问题的视角探讨了组织协作秩序形成和扩展的系统动力学。并结合中国文化传统中的和谐思想,将"和谐"理解为哈耶克所阐发的"人类合作的扩展秩序(the extended order of human cooperation)"在微观组织内的体现,为吸收传统和谐观并在组织管理领域加以创新运用提供了逻辑自洽的理论解释。The holistic theory of knowledge classifies knowledge into perceptual knowledge,conceptual knowledge and affectual knowledge,but it does not definitely point out the systematical result and its management implication of the three knowledge' s interaction.On the basis of the idea of HeXie Management Theory,the paper deepens the research on the emergencing knowledge from the perspective of integration,reviews the relation and interaction process of the four knowledge.Therefore,the research expands the holistic theory of knowledge and elaborates on the inherent knowledge logic of HeXie Coupling,providing a logically theoretical explanation for absorbing the traditional Chinese concept of harmony in the organization and management application.Based on the holistic theory of knowledge,this paper analyzes firstly the ground reasons in front of modern management under the complex and increasing dynamic changing environment.According to the finding of HeXie Management Theory and the traditional harmony philosophy in Chinese culture,what Hayek has illustrated'the extended order of human cooperation'was embodied as a harmony order at organization level from the perspective of knowledge problem.Further,the knowledge logic behind the extension of collaborative order in organization was analyzed. Finally,we propose a new harmony view in management and discuss correspondingly some problems in HeXie Management Theory.
