摘 要:本文使用2004年经济普查数据考察我国国有企业、私营企业、港澳台资企业及外资企业员工的工资和福利差别,并试图分析其原因。统计结果显示:私营企业员工的工资和福利都明显处于劣势;国有企业员工的工资较低而福利很高;港澳台资企业员工的工资较高但福利仅高于私营企业;外资企业员工的工资和福利都明显最优。本文采用多元回归方法进行分析,发现不同所有制企业的行业和地区分布、企业年龄、规模、女工比例和工会状况,生产率、固定资产密集度、科技含量及员工教育水平和工作经验都存在差别,这都是影响员工工资和福利的要素。此外,私营企业(中资)与国有企业工资和福利之间存在差别的原因不同于其与非中资企业(港澳台资和外资企业)。This paper studied the employees' wage and benefit difference among state-owned company,private company,foreign company and also company invested by Hongkong,macao or Taiwai take advantage of the economic census data made in 2004,and we try to find out the reasons which cause the difference.Statistic results shows that:employees from private company have the lowest wage and benefit;employees of state-owned company enjoy lower wage but the benefit is quite well;employees in company invested by Hongkong,Macao or Taiwai get quite higher wage but their benefit only higher than that of private company;employees from foreign company obtain the best wage and benefit level.This study analysis the reasons with the method of multiple linear regression by stata,and finds that companies of different ownership are different among sector and area distribution,firm age,scale,female proportion,union,productivity,concentration of fixed assets,technology content,education level and work experience,those are all affect the wage and benefit.What's more,the reason for the difference between private company and state-owned company is not the same to that between private company and the non-owned companies.
