摘　　要：选择我国银行业中零售业务最好的招商银行作为中国银行业的代表,通过对十家上市银行核心竞争力的比较分析,以及对招商银行上市以来的股票价格走势的分析,测算出该股票的风险收益特征,着重探讨了具有高速成长性的银行业的估值定价问题。As the best retail bank in china, China Merchants Bank (CMB) performs well compared with the other ten listed banks of China. We analyzes CMB's basic situation and the price of its stock since it's been listes. We measure its risk-proceeds, and evaluates its investment value with opposite method and absolute method. Finally, we discusses the methodology of evaluating high growth banking stocks.
