摘　　要：生产系统是工业制造业企业的重要组成部分,其效率的高低直接关系到生产资源的利用程度、生产成本、生产敏捷性以及产品交货期等。针对目前生产系统效率评价中未区分生产类型的特点设置评价指标、缺少定量的低效诊断分析、所提供的信息不足等弊端,基于不同生产类型的特点建立相应的评价指标,将数据包络分析的评价模型和有效性判据引用到生产系统效率评价中,着重分析生产系统的低效问题,从而弥补了未对生产系统的效率定量评价的缺点,为改善和提高生产系统的效率提供了改进方向和目标。The production system is the main constituent in industrial and manufacturing enterprises,whose efficiency directly relates the utilization of production resource,the production cost,the production agility,as well as the date of production delivery,and so on.There are some problems and shortcomings in the present efficiency appraisal in that the appraisal indexes are not set up according to the types of production,low efficiency analysis is not quantitative,and information provided is not enough.In view of the said problems,this article sets up appraisal indexes based on different types of production,introduces the DEA model and effectiveness criterion into the appraisal of production system efficiency,especially in low efficiency diagnosis,which makes up the non-quantitative evaluation shortcomings.The new way provides the improvement criteria and information needed for improving the efficiency of production system.
